SHOWS HIGH-VOLUME PRODUCTION OF HEAT EXCHANGER CORES

Video Follows Complete Production Cycle: from Milling of Brass Tubes and Copper Fins,
to Assembly of Cores, to Brazing in a Continuous-Belt Furnace

NEW YORK —  The International Copper Association announces a new video titled “CuproBraze®: High Volume Production of Advanced Heat Exchangers for Trucks and Buses.” This video is available upon request, on DVD or CD-ROM, with narration in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese or English.

CuproBraze production lines are springing up around the globe,” said Nigel Cotton, Automotive Manager for ICA. “New production facilities are already established, or soon-to-open, in the US, France, Finland, Russia, Japan, Thailand and the People’s Republic of China. This new video is proof that CuproBraze technology is suitable for high-volume production.”
